Hamilton. 43, is a native of Tent 1 Haute and was educated m the Terre Haute and Greensburg, Indiana, schools. He was graduated from Terre Haute Wiley in 1940, where ne was a football letterman in 1939 and 1940. He received his BS from Indiana University in 1947 and his LLB from th» same university in 1951. At I U„ he was a Sigma ('hi. a member of the Sphinx Club. Skull and Crescent and Blue Key. He was admitted to practice law in 1952. Hamilton served in the infantry from 1943 through 1946 as a First Lieutenant. Upon s»peration from the service, he b. < ame a member of Greensburg Post 129 where he has -em <1 as P- t Commander and I*. st Trusts. He has held offices of 10th. District Judge Advocate, 10th District Adjutant anc Commander; as Department of Indiana Judge Advocate and as Southern Vice Commander of the Department of Indiana. A co-author of "McD< nald s Indiana Treatise", a law work published in 1963-64. he is a member of the Presbyterian Church in Greensburg; :• past Exalted Ruler and past Trustee of the B P.O.
