3 Consultation is permissible as long as the art submitted is the contestant s own work. 4 Paint in by numbers tracing kit or any other direct copy, ing will not be permitted. 5. Contestants are limited to three entries. 6 Each entry should have contestant’s name, address and ph< ne number on it. 7 Each grade will b< judged seperat<|y. 8. Adult s will be judged s< perately from students. 9 All Polk-Lincoln-Johnson and St. Patrick schnol-age children and adult ITA group members are eligible. 10. Judging will be done on the* basis of originality, composition color and neatnosa. 11 Prizes will be awarded to the xvinners and recognition will be given to outstanding entries receiving no prizes. 12. Entry blanks, obtained in the school offices and publish^ in the local newspaper, arc to be returned to the art department of any of the four schools by Eriday. April 21. 1967. 13. Entries should be brought to the Walkerton Elementary school gym on Saturday morning before 12 noon. May 6. 1967. 14 Entries should be claimed immediately after the public showing Sunday afternoon. May 7. 1967. 15. The art Committee is not responsible for work lost or damaged although a commit tee member will be present from the time the w<>rk is brought on Saturday until after the showing on Sunday or the building will be locked. 16 Entries will be judged and labeled for prizes pri >r to the public showing on Sunday. May 7. 1967. 17.
