North Liberty Tops Argos For Ist Tourney Win The Argos Dragons again fell to North Liberty in the opening game of the BiOnunty Toomey, but not before they once again gave - the Shamrocks a scare. The first meeting es the Uro teams . found the Shamrocks jumping to a big lead and they finding Argan cwt the gap to two points Ih the final quarter. The Wednesday night game in the tourney again found the Shamrocks getting a big lead and once again Argos came back, this time to witMn a single point before the Shamrocks pulled ahead once again for the win. Ove rm yer tossed in another but Mlekodaj finished the quarter with two baskets, the hurt coming on a fine pass from Fra.wr, making it 19-8 at the end of the first period. This was about the pattern of the scoring. The Shamrocks had grabbed a good lead and from here the two teams basically traded poiwU until the final stanza Mlekodaj was the most consistent scorer throughout the game, but all the Shamrocks were chipping in setting up the exciting final quarter. Scoring Im Well Balanced The Shamrocks were paced by Mlekodaj's 16 points while Wesolek chipped in with 13. Fraser 12 and Ginger 11.
