Mr. and Mrs Stanley Orcutt and Roger spent the week end with their son und family, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Orcutt in Fort Wayne, and helped celebrate the fourth birthday of their grandson, Robert Orcutt. The latter remain'd until December 1 and enroute homo stopped in Waukegan. Illinois, and spent several days with her daughter, Mr, and Mrs. Tom Wood. who brought her home Sunday. U ILKEBTON MAN HONORED At the regular meeting of the Foid Parts and Service Managers Club, of Zone ' B". held December 1. at the Bolens Diner Club, on U S 20 near Elkhart, a special tribute was awarded Sid Sprunger 502 Roosevelt Road. Walkerton. for the nmny years of faithful service as a charter member and officer of the club. Mr. Sprunger was presented a Bulova gold watch by John Kidder Service Mmaggr, Pete Full Ford Inc of Elkhart Mr. Sprunger, known affectionnbdy as just plain "Sid" has Iwen Service Manager of the Walkerton Ford Sales Inc., for the past 27 years. He has been a member of the club for 20 years He has served as president and has been treasurer for the past five years. In a few’ months Mr. Sprungcr will bi* retired but will be on hand at the 1 Kal Walkerton Ford Sales in another capacity.

Grovertown. resulted in fine and coats of >17.25 and a second charge of disorderly conduct resulting from abusive language to the arresting officer caused Justice to spend a night n jail and payment of fine and costs of $26 23 Three charges against Stanley J. Earner. Walkerton, resulted in Famer paying $28.25 fine and cost for driving und' r the influence of alcoholic bv.eragv.s The second charge for a minor tian - porting liquor when rot accompanied by a parent, brought a fine and costa of $23.25 The third charge w m for driving an automobile with false or fictitious licet a- plates. This fine was sl9 25. A charge of theft was lodged by Jack L. Hinton of Uigansport, against Danny Morehouse of Walkerton. Hinton filed an affidavit stating that Morehouse had kitch' n utensils fr m the Hinton restaurant in Logansport. This case was referred to St. Joseph County Prosecuting Attorney. David E. Burnt on will appear at a later date to answer the charge of improper registration of an automobile. Arthur Mann Jr., of Walkerton, paid fine and costs of $23 25 for speeding 44 mph in a 39 mph zone in North Liberty. Falcons Play Two At Home John Glenn's Falcons will continue their home stand as thev meet two opponents this Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday. New Carlisle will visit and on Saturday it will be LaLumtere New Carlisle is the schixil that Falcon head coach Roger Beehh-r coached the past two seasons and has been a long time keen rival of the former Walkerton team.
