tect in accordance with Indiana State Board of Accounts Form No. 96, and shall be accompanied bx a po perly complete noncollusion affidavit and by State Board of Accounts Questionnaire I ani N<>. 96-A, all as required by statutes of the Stale of Indiana. In addition, cm h proposal shall he accompanied by a bid bond or r<rtified check in the amount of live percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid (including all "add alternates). Bidders awarded contracts will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent i 100%) of the total amount payable by terms of the contract. Said Performance Bond shall remain in effect for twelve (12i months from the date of final acceptance of the work. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled time for opening bids. Should a successful Bidder fail to either execute a satisfactory contract with the Owner or furnish the required Performance Bond within seven (7) days after he has been notified that his proposal has been accepted, he shall forfeit his bid security as liquidated damages. All contracts awarded will be c. nditioned up n and subject to the sale by the School Building Co! poration of securities in an amount sufficient to cover the proportionate cost of "Part B" construction, plus all incidental exp. rises, and will be subject to termination, without penalty or liability, at the option of the School Building Corporation at any time after the date of tentative award, in the event the Corporation shall determine that securities in the required amount cannot la- sold. In the event the Corporation fails to complete the required financing within 120 days after the tentative award of contracts, contractors shall have the right to cancel any such contracts entered into, without penalty of liabilitv.
