The judge complimented this first year member for her alert attitude and response in the ring to show her pony. In judging the ponies themselves, she took a reserve champion for junior Gelding Coit class and also the reserve champion for senior Gelding class She also won a first in class (m-nlare and colt class. Placing in the swine Chesterwhite gilt contest was Linda Bellinger as sixth and Veronica Bellinger as ninth and in barrow crossbreed heavyweight was Veronica as seventh and Linda as eighth. In Chesterwhite gilt barrow was Linda as sixth and Veronica as ninth; in heavyweight chesterwhite swine was Linda as fourth and Veronica as third. Many red and white ribbons were taken in horse ^nd' pony, participating were Sandy Welch, David Rose, Gail Szady, JoAnn Bussie, Bobbie Rhodes. Any additions or corrections in these project grades as released today may be reported to the leaders in charge to be printed next Week. A great deal of extended effort has been made by the 4-H leaders to bring this 4-H year to such a succesful close.
