August 16, 1966, for the express purpose of single seal coating an approximate 279,767 sq. ft. of asphalted street surfaces; prime and double seal an approximate 48,064 sq. ft. surfaces; 2.820 sq. ft. of 4” asphaltic - concrete; 1,650 sq. ft. of 3” asphaltic concrete, plus necessary base excavating, grading and ditching as required. Street designations and specifications for said listed street improvements cap be procured from office of the Clerk-Treasur-er or Street-Sewer Commissioner. All submitted bids are to be 4 filed on prescribed State Bid j Form No. 95,- and to be accompa- ? nied with certified check or bid bond in the sum of not less than 5% of the total amount Os bid.
