5C BILL OF RIGHTS COMMEMORATIVE STAMp The 5c stamp commemoratin the 175th anniversary of the B [ of Rights will be first placed < , sale at Miami Beach, Florida, < t July 1, 1966, to coincide with th National Education Association Convention. ARCHITECT It’s easy to drift with the tid but the ability to shape the cu . rents of life brings out the red worth of a man. i SUNDAYS^SERMON example Just as one picture Is worth a thousand words, there is no substitute for parental example in the proper business of “bringing up” children. Parents who often complain their children do nothing but "fuss and fight” overlook the fact that their own bickering sets the family pattern. The children in a familymust have respect for their parents be fore they are likely to have respect for one another. If parents are disagreeable, they create an unpleasant environment within the home. Parents who do not maintain a certain amount of parental dig nity suffer a loss ot respect. Parents who are inconsistent, in their attitude towards one another, and towards their children, will find their children becoming | more quick to question their auIthority and the wisdom of their I decisions. Parents should evidence mutual respect and trust Setting an example is accomplished through a course of action and I there is no merit In saying "Don’t do as I dot do as 1) say do."

How much would you give to know exactly what will happen to you tomorrow? If you were able to determine what lay in store for next week, even next year, how would this affect the conduct of your life this very moment? We shall have no earthly glimpse into eternity. It is not available, at any price. If we are beset with trails and tribulations, how difficult it is to imagine in time or place a state of complete., happiness! Yet, how rewarding is the pursuit of a Christian way of life, belief in God, and anr awareness of the goodness of those about us. These things can only encourage the realization that there is a higher purpose and meaning to existence. Read your BIBLE daily and « GO TO CHURCH J SUNOAY^4|^
