ship winner, a county winner or a state fair bound project, they are all winners for their work done. The. projects that the girls and boys do complete, regardless of the place they win, takes work and effort. This is something that credit has to be given for undertaking and completing. Many girls and boys simply will not accept the responsibilities of a 4-H project, The ones that do, show something extra especially in the busy life of today. If you attend the 4-H Fair, be sure to plan on visiting the exhibits, the real reason for the fair. Through this you will be paying your respect to the many boys and girls who have worked this summer on their own time to finish their projects and displays. Our hats off to the 4-H'ers of St. Joseph and the counties around the country for their excellent efforts and abilites in this work.
