Mr. and Mrs. Cha’rr.er Craft of Sand Lake, Mich., spmt Tuesday night with Allen Bals ley. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Woods of Braddnton, Florida, visited Mrs. Stella Ulrich Thursday. The John Beran faintly attended the Naragon family reunion held at Sheneman's Grove Sunday. Miss Connie Balaley, Coleen Rose and Claudia Schrader spent the week at the Baptist Youth Camp at Crystal Lake. Mrs. Les Hazelbaker, accompanied by Howard Wharton, took Les Hazelbakar to Hines Hospital for eye surgery Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Snyder were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Dick O'Brian in Edwardsburg. Sunday guests of the Lynn Phegleya were Mr. and Mrs. l*arry Stephenson and son of -LaCrosse; Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Reeun of Wanatah; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Raudn; the William Doan family; and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gordan. WSCS Meets In Walkerton The gpnenal meeting of the WSCS of the Walkerton United Methodist Church was held Wednesday evening, Jun® 29. Mi's. Loren Goode president, opened the meeting and conducted the bus’nuss meeting. It was announced that Vickie Bullinger would attend the Girls Seminar to be held in Gary, July 24 thru July 30. She is being sponsored by * the WSCS. Delegates to the School of Missions at DePauvj University, July 10 thru 15, will be Mrs. Fred Bullinger, Mrs. Mary Bauer, Mrs. Dean Knowlton and Mrs. Goode. Mrs. Stanley Orcutt will attend as a delegate from the church. Mrs. James Capek presented the budget for the ensuing year which was accepted. Guests introduced were Mrs. Hazel Luke of Florida, and Mrs. George Barden of Kansas City. Kansas. Mrs. Walter Smith gave devotions. Mrs. Bullinger presented the lesson expre sing the love of our fellowlmen and used quotes from the Guidepost and Henry Drummonds book on "Love.” The retir ng president, Mrs. Mahlon Jacob, presented Mrs. Goode with the president's pn and Mrs. Goode pre ented the past president’s pin to Mrs. Jacob.
