Albop - Hutchins Miy g Darlene Kay AlLsop. of North Liberty, was united in marriage to Bernard Hutchins, North Liberty. Saturday afternoon, Apiil 30 in th* - North Liberty Methodist Church. Miss Allsop is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Worst er, San .Juan, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. William Hutchins of Loring, Canada are the parents of the bridegroom. Rev. Thomas M Frost, pastor of the North Liberty Church, and Rev. Harold Williams of the Walkerton United Methodist Church, officiated at the double ring ceremony, before an altar decorated with a basket of white mums and gladioli. cause” and “The Lords Prayer.” The bride, given in marriage by her brother Joseph E. Allsop, of North Liberty, wore a gown of imported Venice lace and nylon sheer over taffeta. It was styled in a modified sheath, fitted bodice and Long tapered sleeves. A detachable Watteau train fell fixxm the shoulders. Lace flower motifs highlighted by tiny pearls were appliqued on the gown and train. , A forward petal cap. appliqued with similar motifs, held the bouffant ballerina veil of imported silk illusion. She carried a bouquet of red roses, accented with green leaves and white satin streamers. Mrs. Danny Holland, North Liberty, was matron of honor. Her gown, floor length, was light pink embossed taffeta and summer peau over taffeta, fashioned with a high, ri e bo !i< e, elbowlength sleev s, semi-, c op neck-

line and sheath skirt with mock type overskirt. Her headpiece was a forward petal cap. highlighted with pearl peps and a pouf moline veil. She earned a bouquet of Fuji .mums in pink, accented with given and pink satin streamer.-?. Miss Sharon Garab, Walkerton, and Miss Donna Mathewson, South Bend, served as bridesmaids. Miss Garab’w gown was a llooi’ length maize embossed taffeta and Miss Mathewson's gown was of honeydew embossed taffeta, both were styled identical to that of the matron of honor’s. Miss Garab carried a bouquet cluster of maize Fuji mums with matching streamers. Miss Mathewson's bouquet was honeydew ■mums. The attendants’ headpieces were in matching colors to their gowns. Little four year old Monty Joe Allsop, North Liberty, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer. Little six year old Lorie DeSimone, Walkerton, scattered pink rose petals from her white basket. Sha wore a floor length pink chiffon over taffeta gown accented with a beaded bodice, with maching accessories. Robert Kyle, Mishawaka, served as best man. Ushers were Danny Holland, North Liberty, and Michael Spinsky, Walkerton. The bridegroom’s mother wore a costume of yellow with matching accessories. The bride’s grandmother, Mrs. Herman Steele of North Liberty, chose a light ‘blue linen with .matching accessories. Both women wore corsages of white carnations tipped in pastel colors. A reception was held for 150 guests in the ch rch parlors, following the ceremony. The bride’s table was centred with a four tiered cake decorated with the bride’s colors. Mrs. Robert BaJsley, North Liberty, aunt of the bride, cut and served the cake,

Holland had charge of the gift table. At 7 p.m. that evening, the reception continued at the North Lil>erty American Legion Home, which was decorated with wedding bells and other decor in the colors chosen by the bride.
