Arrowhead To Manufacture Millionth Pulley Arrowhead Engineering Corporation Plant 1. Pulley Division, which had its Grand Opening on June 26, 1965, will be producing its first millionth pulley in the latter part of April, 1966. Arrowhead Engineering Corp , located at Knox, participated with the former Area Redevelopment Administration (ARA) to create additional employment in Starke County. Presently, there are 52 employees. In this plant they produce pulleys by a patented process of splitting metal. In conjunction with the first millionth pulley, Arrowhead Engineering will mark the occasion by extending invitations to Federal. State and Local officials, as well as to the general public.
