Heckman, Brvmen, a fine for reckless driving which resulted in a rear end collision with ano'her vehicle. Carl H. Gjemre was ticketed for improperly pas ing ano her vehicle. Gjemre requested a change of venue to South Bend City Court which wa« granted. Janes L. McVey, Belmond, lowa, was arrested for driving loft of renter. This resulted in a serious injury to another driver and extensive damage to the vehicles. On recommendation of < ounsel. McVey also asked for a change of venu to Mishawaka City Court, which wa g-anted. In a report received from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, it war noted that during the period from December 15. 1965. to Th-comber 20. 1965, the driving licenses of over 700 Indiana drivers had been suspended A great majority were on the point system.
