Tom * Hogan and a cousin, Mrs Rose Slattery. Mr. and Mrs John Dixon and Mr. and Mrs. William Sohn of Hobart, are spemling their vacation at their rummer home at the lake. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Strunce are at their summer home at the lake and had as guests over the week end. Mrs. Strunce's sisters Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Oliver and grand niece, Sharon Sharlow of Milipis, California, and Mrs. Sam Balfour of Sauk Village, Illinois. Our annual Summer Clearance Sale will start Friday, July 30, at the Studio Dress Shop. Even though Palm Sunday’s tornado destroyed their summer home after 44 years at Koontz . Kansas Specialist Horrall is as-igned as a medical specialist in the 337th General Hospital an Army Reserve unit at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Ind. Main St., North Liberty, completed an eight-week clerical couro al the Army Armor Center, Fort Knox, Ky, July 23. During the course, Ross received instruction in general office skills, military corre pondenco and Army administrative procedures. The 22-year-old soldier entered the Army in March 1965. and completed basic training at Fort Knox, Ky. He was graduated from North Liberty High School in 1961. The girls, playing for the first time this year, put up a game fight but lost 20-2. Elaine Fitzgerald 1 and Karen Allen, led the attack 1 for the girls with two hits. Ron Hendricks and Jim Lute had four hits each for the boys.
