L OES Seats New Onicers Mr. and Mrs. James Alton Wimfe were installed .1 Worthy Matron and Pa.ron of North Liberty Chapter -Tu, Order of the East* m Star, Saturday tvening, March 27, in the newly purchased and remodeled Masonic Tvinplc. On the white satin draped dais in the east, was a bowl of yellow snap dragons, white carnations, accrued with b.ue forgelmenuts, A shad w box placed in front of the s ati m, d< ji< ted the G cx| Shepherd tending his sheep. Similar Loral arrange inents were on the west, north and south stations. A chain of gold double hearts were featured on the cast back drop. Installing officers were Mr. and Mrs Dale Trobaugh, installing matron and patron; Mrs. R. N. Franklin, marshal; Mrs. William Bowers, chaplain; Mrs. L. A. Foreman, organist; and Mrs. DuWaync Buivh, soloist. Mrs. William Bowers presented the Bible on the altar The soloist sang a parody to “Red Roses For You" as the newSy installed matron turned from the altar. She was escorted to the east by her son. Lee, thru an aisle, made by O.E.S. friends, Mrs. Newton Williams, Mrs. Edward Petersen, Mrs. Alfred Drews and Mrs. John McCombs of Walkerton; Mrs. Milton Porter, Plymouth; and Mrs. Theodore Zopf of New Carlisle chapter They presented to Mrs. Wolfe a white rose, each, as she advanced to the east. Mr Wolfe was given his obligation by Mr. Trobaugh. Mrs. Burch sang “A Silver Lining" as he turned from the altar. His daughter. Miss June Wolfe, escorted him through an escort of Rainbow Girls, Marlene Ulbrirht, Pam Frank’in, Bornite Kennedy, Julia Limerick, Sherri] Bowman and Linda Fisher, all of North Liberty Assembly. The associate matron. Mrs. Donald Kuber. and associate patron, Elmer Hunt wore honor'd with a song, a parodv to "Ix*t the Rest of the World Go By”, fallowing their obligation, and seated in the west. Each of the women officers carried a no‘e gay of white carnations and forgetmenots with yellow net accent, a gift from tho Wolfes. Following installation of other elective and appointive officers, the new matron and patron gave

The Trobaughs were presented colorful lets when they returned to the east. Miss June Wolfe, in an impressive manner, repeated the 23rd Psalm for her parents’ pleasure. Mrs Burch sang "Perfect Day" and Rev. Charles Patterson of the Methodist Church, led the audience in the Mizpah Benediction for the closing. A reception and serial hour was enjoyed in the dining room The serving table was beautifully decorated in yellow and white. Mrs. Catherine Hovel presided at the silver coffee service. and Mrs. Dewey Thomas at the punch bowl. Mrs. Hiram Rupel and Mrs. Travis Jones were in charge of the guest book. Mr and Mrs, Ralph Kaser greeted the guests and Arden Hcwoll removed the chairs for the Installation Harold Fisher. Worshipful Master of North Liberty F St AM. and Mrs. James Olson. Mother Advisor of North Liberty Rainbow assembly, were introduced during the meeting. SPEAKING CHOIR FROM WARSAW The Methodist Men’s Club is sponsoring a Ladies Night on Monday evening, April 5, at 6 30 p m. Following the dinner hour, a very interesting program will be presented, featuring the Speaking Choir from Warsaw High School.
