Plas Steel Co. Announces Two Promotions E. M. Elliott is now sales director of the Plas-Steel Products, Inc., Walkerton, Indiana, it was announced today by S. M. Shubert. president of the company. Mr. Shobert explained that this move was the result of four pleasing developments: 1. Completion of the new plant which will double capacity; 2. Increased volume of orders that has required the running of t|wo shifts; 3, Expanding pattern of distribution; and 4. Growing variety of the Glas-Lite fiberglass recreational products being developed, produced and marketed by the company. Hw Mr. Elliot, who has been with Plas-Stccl for 12 years, has hanled sales for both sporting goods inddustrial products of the company and has a kern understanding of how the firms capabilities can be applied to new ami varied products. The sporting goods recreational market, is the one that he knows and tikes best of all and this feeling is returned by many of the buyers of products in this field. Harlan C. Herdman Jr. has h«en named product manager for Polygon Plastic Company, it was announced today by S. M Shobert, president of the Walkerton firm. ♦ I
