Mr. and Mrs. William Heck and family of Tippecanoe were Sunday afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Clem Mamerow and Junior.

The party was held in the North Liberty Methodist Church basement. The gifts were placed under a pink and white umbrella which decorated the gift table. Games were played with prizes going to Mrs. Charles Nemeth. Mrs. Don Kane and Mrs. Junior Gouker. Mrs. Clara Smith won the door prize. Refreshments of cupcakes, coffee, punch, mints and nuts were served to the twenty seven guests present. Glen Rickey left Monday for his winter home in Palmetto, Florida. Mrs. Alma Rogers of Pierre, South Daki'a, is spending a few weeks with her niece, Alwllda Robertson. Miss Mary McNamara of Cirkston, New Jersey, is visiting Mr. and Mrs. Roy Horrall. They also attended the football game at Notre Dame Saturday.

Local Teen Band Releases First Record The Swingin’ Sting Rays, a local teen band, has just released their first record. ‘Teen Queen" is the featured side and the flip side is "Tom-Tom", This is their first record but trey are now in the process of cutting a second
