Baughman - Clark Rev. The*><l<>re Whitacre of Greencastle, Pa., performed the wedding ceremony uniting in marriage his nephew, Eric Daniel Clark, and Miss Kay Elizabeth Baughman. They exchanged nuptial vows at 2.30 p.m. Sunday in the Pine Creek Church of the Brethren. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Warren Baughman and Mr. and Mm. Robert Clark, all of North Liberty. Palins decorated the chancel, and an arrangement of white mums and candles were at the altar. Nuptial music was by Stephen Harroff of Elkhart, vocalist. and Miss Ruth Ann Knechle of South Bend, organist. Miss Donna Miller, of Mill Creek was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Janis Clark, .-aster of the bridegroom, Mias Sharon Stump and Mrs. Louis Snyder, all of North Liberty. They wore floor-length sleeveless gbiWhs of purple satin styled

with scoop necklines and slightly gathered skirts. Their headpieces were clusters of petals centered by a cabbage rose. Each carried a l >ng bouquet of white Fuji mums. A cousin of the bride. Miss Sharon Welsh of South Bend, was flower girl. Her dress was like those of the other attendants. and she carried a white basket decorated with purple ribbon and filled with rose petals. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her gown of organza over taffeta had a controlled skirt ending in a chapel train, a fitted bodice, Sabrina neckline appliqued in Alencon lace, long organza sleeves, a back bow and Alencon lace appliques scattered on the bodice and skirt. A cluster of lace petals accented by pearls, held a bouffant veil of silk .illusion. After a wedding trip to Wisconsin, the couple will reside after September 1 in the Management House at Manchester College. North Manchester, Ind., where both are .v-rdors. They are also graduates of North Liberty High School. LINCOLN TOWNSHIP HOME DEMONSTRATION ( LI B Thirty-four members were present at the September Ist meeting of the Lincoln Township Home Demonstration Club held in the Walkerton Community Building. Two new members were present, Mrs. Bertha Lancaster and Mrs. Arthur Wilkerson. "Hypertension" was the topic of the helath lesson given by Mis. Henry Hvllinger. Many informative facts were given in her report. During tho business meeting, a nominating committee was selected, Mrs. Grant Steele, Mrs. George Seitz and Mrs. Richard Anderson Sr. Election of officers will be held in October. The next meeting will be a pot luck dinner. Bingo was played at the social hour and the hostesses were Mrs. Gus Verkier, Mrs. Louis Kemp. Mrs. Minnie Mikesell, and Mrs. Howard Crumback.
