Mr. and Mrs. Clem Mamerow and Junior spent Monday fishing at Diamond Lake. The 3t. Joseph County Farm Bureau Amateur program was held June 23>rd at the Cline School in South Bend. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Worthington were S&.arday night supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Kaufman in Lakeville. Mr. and Mrs. Jon Buss and daughters, and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Harbaugh spent Sunday at the John Harbaugh cottage at Indiana Lake. The Studio Dress Shop is offering its entire stock of white summer dresses and white summer skirts at 25 per cent discount Friday and Saturday, June 26 and 27. Mr. and Mrs. Clem Mamerow and Junior were Sunday guests of Mr. ad Mi's. John Oberly in Wyatt. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. William Shields of Diamond Lake. Mr. and Mrs. William Keck and family of Tippecanoe, and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Cunningham and daughters of Portage, Ind. Mrs. Robert Jacques of South Bend visited Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ulrich on Thursday evening. Miss Donna Harris was recently honored with a bridal shower at the home of Mrs. Ralph Harbaugh. Mr. and Mrs. John Beron Jr. and family recently returned from a fishing trip in Wisconsin. Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Snyder have returned from a two weeks fishing trip in Minnesota. Mr. and Mrs John Beron Jr. and family were Saturday night guests of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Naiagon of Walkerton. Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Cif ton Snyder were Mrs. Raymond Wilson and daughter of South Bend. Mr. and Mrs. John Beron Jr. and family were Friday night visitors of Mr. and Mrs. John Beron Sr. Patsy Harbaugh, Kathie Shuppert, Albertha Brinkhoff, Ronnie Clingenpeel and Charles Geyer recently attended the 4-H Round Up at Purdue. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Rudynski and family spent Sunday at Bloomington with Marti who is attending the summer session at Indiana University. Ron Horrall is at the Fitzsimmons Army hospital in Denver, Colorado, receiving training in the orthopedic wal’d. He is there In connection with the Anny Reserves. Miss Susan Steele is at the Methodist Youth Camp at Battleground acting as a counselor this week. Others attending this week are Rev. Charles Patterson, Carol Steele and Patty Robinson. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Bain of Coloma, Mr. and Mrs. James Ulrich of Benton Harbor, and Mrs. Grace Miller of South Bend, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ulrich.
