Geyer - O’Dell Mias Barbara Mae Geyer became the bride of Ronald N. O’Dell in a ceremony at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Jone 6th, in Tabor Evangelical United Brethren Church, North Liberty. Rev. Keith Burch, pastor of the Madison and Riverside churches, Bremen, officiated at the double ring ceremony. . The bride Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Geyer, Rt. 2, North Liberty. The bridegroom’s parents are Mrs. Dwight Snyder Jr., of 2413 E. 3rd St., Mishawaka and George O’Dell, Rt. 3, Columbia City. Seven-ih ranched candelabra with tapered candles were on each side of the sanctuary. The church was decorated with palms, fems and baekets of white gladioli and pink pompons. The pews were marked with white satin bows with a small pink pompon centered in each pew bow. Mrs. Darrell Carlson was the organist and Mrs. DuWayne Burch, soloist. A full length gown of silk organza and Chantilly lace over taffeta, with a basque bodice with sculptured Sabrine neckline and Jong tapered sleeves to the wrist, waa worn by the bride. The bouffant skirt fell into a chapel train, with tiers of lace from waistline te end of the hemline. A forward petal lace cap crown edged with tiny seed pearls and highlighted with aurora crystal beads, held the bouffant elbowlength veil of pure silk, imported English Illusion. She carried a cascade bouquet of stephanotts and miniature white carnations and roses to surround a white orchid, with white ribbon streamers. Her father gave her in marriage. Miss Lillian Shuppert, South Bend was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Carolyn Kring. Chicago, and Miss Carol Hoote. of >nth Bend Miss Shirlev Gever, sister of the bride, was junior bridesmaid. They wore streetlength gowns of nile green silk organza over taffeta, stvled w’th fitted bodice, modified scoop neckline, cap sleeves, and a removable overskirt outlined with a wide band of chanti’lv lace. Each attendant wore a matching floral plateau which hold butterfly face veils and each carried a eo’oniat bounue* of tlnv rosettes and white feathered carnations with rose buds tied in the streamers. Geyer, cousin of the bride, wore a nile green sheer organza middy dress with collar tied in a bow at the waistline and a large butterfly bow at the back She carried a basket of pink rose petals. Bryan Jaarda, North Liberty, another cousin of the bride, was ring bearer. Robert Cowan, Fort Wayne, acted as best man. Ray Faulkerson, Steve Shank and Charles Geyer, brother of the bride, were ushers. The mother of the bride wore a three-piece suit of delicate yellow linen, with white accessories. The groom's mother wore a light aqua chiffon dress with matching shawl. Her accessories were aqua and white. Each had a corsage of white cymbidium orchids. A reception was held in the church social room. The bride was graduated from North Liberty high school, and the bridegroom from the Fort Wayne North Side high school. He presently Is serving with the Air Force Base After a trip through Northern Michigan to Mackinac Island and Canada. thfe^ouple will live at 251 W. 2nd Sts. Peru. Cassady a Hostetler The marriage of Mrs. Charlotte Cassady. Walkerton, and Norman L. Hostetler, Mil! Creek, took place at 8:00 pm. Friday in the First Presbyterian Church, tn Wa’kerton. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Rev. David D. Owen. The church was decorated with candelabra and baskets of white gladioli. Mrs. Myron Mullet was the organist. Mrs. Duane Rhodes, of South Bend, sister of the hride. was the matron of honor. Kristine and Brian Cassady were flower girl and ring bearer. Kenneth Hostetler. Mill Creek, brother of the proem, was best man.
