Willard Knepp read the minutes of the last meeting and gave a report on the purchase plans of the Masonic building in North Liberty. A motion was made and accepted that the executive committee attend the next meeting June 24th at 8 p.m.. to hear more plans pertaining to this project. June 23 will be an amateur county contest held in the Kline School. The Farm Bureau extends an invitation to all in this area to participate in this program. Helen Freeman presented dcor prizes for the evning which were received by Marion Stackhouse, Ralph Wort, Evelyn Harbaugh and Mrs. June Tarnow. Marion Stackhouse was the speaker for the evening. His subject was “Marketing Farm Products.” Winners of the cake contest.
