Mrs. Bertha Schrader went with Mr. and Mrs. Harold Geyer. Maple Grove, to Marion. Monday, where they attended the Marion College Commencement. The Geyer's granddaughter. Mrs. Sharon Tice, was one of the graduates. Mrs. Floyd Downhour. Mrs Hazel Elliott, Mrs. Arthur Floran and Mrs. Merlin E. Walters of the Star Neighborhood Club are attending the Homemaker's Conference at Purdue this week. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs Robert Rauen and family were Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Westphal and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Crane and daughter of Wanatah. They also attended the graduation exercises of Robert Rauen at St. Patricks. Saturday, Mr. and Mrs. William Doan entertained at a chicken barbecue dinner for their daughter Lisa's second birthday. The. guests were Mr. and Mrs Robert Elliott, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Doan, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gordon and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rauen and family. This was the 75th year class for the college.
