3 □ DEATHS Harold R. Gopprrt Harold R. Goppert. 61. of Bonita Springs, Fia., formerly of Walkerton, died at 7 3b p.m. Friday, May 22. in Memorial hospital, South Bend, after an extended illness. He was born M treh 17, 1900, in Walkerton. He was graduated from Tyner High School and from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in 1925. From 1926 to 1945. he was a teacher at Mi hawaka High School, and from 1916 to 1960, was a professor at the Chicago campus if the University of Illinois. He was married June 7. 1946. in Oaceola, to Treva Weaver, who survives. Also surviving is a son, Harold M.. of Three Rivers. Mich He was a member of the South Bend Masonic Lodge 291. F. & A M Sen - ices were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Nusbaum Funeral Home, with Rev Harold Williams, p»«tor »f the Walkerton Methodist Church officiating.
