Use the Classified Ads. Democrats Attention JUDGE GONAS This is an appeal to Democrats of St. Joseph County to study and nominate the best qualified candidates. If the Democrats nominate the best qualified, honest men with good reputations and character and keep out the unfit, deceitful, immoral scandals, they will win. John S. Gonas, former State Senator and Judge, a man who also made a national judicial record. would be a big asset to the Democrats; he is the best qualified candidate His major opponent voted against the reapportionment law. Can anyone imagine such action, prohibiting citizens from proper representation. We urge all Democrats to vote for John S Gonas for State Senator. He is the only candidate with Senatorial experience who has a proven Judicial and Legislative record and vision to help bring new industry, business and employment; and help reduce taxes to St Joseph County people.
