Tri Kappa News The Epsilon C> Chapter of Tri Kappa met Thursday evening, April 2, at the home of Mr> Mahlon Jacob. On Saturday, April 25, our group will be represented at the Province Nina Convention which will be held in Hobart. The highlight of tho evening was a very impressive pledge ceremony in which two girls were accepted into Tri Kappa as pledges. Mra. Kenneth Klinedinst and Mra. Richard Masterman are our new pledgee. They will be initiatad tnha Tri Kappa in June.

The refreshments were served from a tea table which was decorated with two baskets of Spring Flowers, one for each of the pledges. A social period was enjoyed by all those present. Liberty Girls Win In 4-H Talent Contest The annual 4-H Share the Fun talent contest was held at Cline School in South Bend April 3. There were forty-seven acts, with a total of 162 4-H'ers taking part. First place winners in the curtain act were JoAnn and Janet Clingenpeel in an acrobatic dance routine. The Dancing Dolls from Portage Township placed first in the group numbers with a tap dance line. These first place winners will partciipate in the district contest for winners from eight counties. JoAnn and Janet Clingenpeel are the daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Clingenpeel.
