OES News When North Liberty Chapter of O E.S. met in tho chapter room rei eutly. Mrs Ernest Klein, worthy matron, and Arden Howell, worthy patron, conducted their last meeting as heads of the order. Following the business. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Trobaugh, worthy matron and patron elect, were escort ed to the East. Mrs. Mary Kuber sang a song to the retiring officers as they relinquished their stations to the new officers. The new officers then presented a skit honoring Mrs. Trobaugh and Mrs. Kuber sang to her.
Mrs. Klein was then escorted to the Star Point officers, who read appropriate verses and presented a gift to her on behalf of the chapter. Mrs. Diane Hullinger sang to her. Mr. Howell was also presented a gift on behalf of the chapter. , A so< ial hour was held following the meeting. Carry-in refreshments were served. The retiring officers found gifts from Mrs Klein and Mr. Howell at the tables.
