Riley hospital al Indianapolis for tests and observation on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Strader entertained for a pink and blue shower honoring Mrs. Larry Chizum of Knox, last Friday evening. Guests included Mrs. Ja>k Miller, Culver: Mrs. John Snook, Mrs. Harold Morrison and Mrs. Robert Wagner of Plymouth. A number of games were played with each lady winning a prize A silver based punch bowl filled with pink and a lovely decorated cake adorned the table. After the guest of honor opened her gifts, refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Strader are leaving Thursday for a long week end with Mrs. Strader's family in Bartlett. 111. Everyone who plans to take the full course of ten hours divided Into five weekly meetings on Thursdays, please bring either a one or two inch roll of gauze or bandage. First Aid book u ed in the course may be purchased from either of the two Red Cross instnictors at 75c per copy. This course I; sponsored by the Quad County Citizens Radio Rand Chib of Northern Indiana and they would appreciate a good turnout.
