Mrs Blanche Clark wax honored for her 20th year of service having actually competed her 21st year on January 23rd. Mrs. Clark is presently the ••nior employee with the Wells organization by merit of h<T years of service. Mrs Nettie Arnsbarge-r and Mrs. Meda White were alto recognixed for having passed their 15th year in service. Fire Does Heavy I )amage To Home Fire of undetermined origin caused Slo.uiMi flame md moke damage Tuesday to the Floyd Dipert heme, on State Road 101, nortli (<f Walkerton. The fire was dix overed m a closet in winch there was no electrical wiring The blaze spread between an old roof and a newly installed one, gutting the attic and one bedroom. Most of the furnishings were damaged by smoke. The Dipert children first aw smoke issuing from the do et. They called their father, who in turn notified the Lincoln Township Voluntc'r Fire department at 5 pin. Fifteen 1-sncoln township firemen went to the stene with a pumper and two tankers. They used 2 X)0 gallons of water to fight the blaze.
