Mrs. Jenny Beiler, Mrs. Dorothy Mangus and Margaret, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Van Winkle were in Urbana, Illinois last week attending the annual conference of the Brethren Church. , Mr. and Mrs. John Beron Jr., and family, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Naragon and Mr. and Mrs. Richaid Naragon of Walkerton, were Tuesday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Naragon of Walkerton. The occasion was to honor Mrs. Esther Preising of Los Angeles, California.

Kentucky, and Miss Marjorie Gentry of South Bend were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Max Steele and family at Bass Lake. The occasion was to celebrate the birthday of Miss Thora Gentry. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Harbaugh and Mr. and Mrs. Jon Buss and daughter attended the wedding of Miss Sandra Stradley and Jack Hanks Saturday evening inlSouth Bend. Mrs. Buss was the matron of honor.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rauen and family, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Rauen of Wanatah, Mr. and Mrs Lynn Phegley and family of LaCrosse, Mrs. William Cummings and family and Robert Roose of Michigan City.
