Burkus - Stone Muss Janice Mary Burkus and Carl Anthony Stone were united in marriage in a 10 am. ceremony Saturday at the St. Patrick’s church in Walkerton. Rev. Anthony Ltko officiated for the ceremony, and music was provided by Mrs. Carl Benko, vocalist, accompanied by Mrs. Frank Kramer. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Burkus, Rt. 1, North Liberty. Mr and Mrs. Angel Stone, Indianapolis, are the parents of the bridegroom. A gown of silk organza over taffeta was worn by the bride, who was given in marriage by her father. The fitted bodice had a bateau nedkhne and long tapered sleeves. Embroidered Alencon lace accented with sequins and seed pearls trimmed the bodice and front, panel of the bouffant floor-length skirt Cahhage ruses accented the bustle back of the skirt which formed a chapel train. _ A crown of crystals held the bride’s fingertip veil She carried a bouquet of white feathered carnations centered with a white orchid.
