Harold Williams officiated at the double ring ceremony held at 4:30 p.m., August 25th. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bierly of Route 2, Walkerton. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arno Balmer, also Route 2. Miss Rita Bierly served as maid of honor for her Mster. She wore a royal blue taffeta brocade dross with a modified scoop neckline and a belled skirt. She carried a bouquet of pink rose.j. Best man was Charles Balmer brother of the groom. Robert Bierlv. brother of the bride, served as usher.

The bodice was highlighted with so, d pearls and the long sleeves taperod to bridal points at ‘he wrist. The fingertip veil was held by a headpiece of several organza roses. She carried a cascade bouquet of white roses. The bride, a recent graduate of Indiana University, will be teaching English at New Carlisle High School. The gsoom is employed at Studebaker's. They are making their home at 117 West Michigan Street in New Carlisle. Oochenour - Arsenean Miss Sharon Rao Gochenour and Edward Lee Arsenean were united in marriage Saturday, September 1. at 10:30 am. in St. Patrick - Catholic Church at Walkerton.

She wore a yellow dress of nylon over taffeta with a full skirt, scoop neckline and puffed sleeves. She carried a cascade cf yellow and white mums and pompons and wore accessories to match.
