Walkerton, Indiana, until 7:30 P. M, C.D.T on August 7, 1962, for the removal of the. wooden water storage tank and metal tower on the west side of Michigan Street. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:30 P. M.. C.D.T , >n A igust 7,1962 in the Board Room. Tlie removal involves dismantling, bringing dowi . and removal ot the wooden tank and metal tower down to the cement footings without dropping or felling them or any part thereof, so as not to damage or interfere with the buildings, lines and equipment adjacent to the tank site. Bidders are to submit proof of insurance with limits of liability in the amount 'f One Hundred Thousand (SIOO,OOO no> Dollais to each person. Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000.00) Dollars on each accident, and Twenty Five Thousand i .525.u0n.n0) Dollars property damage Each bid shall have thereon or be accompanied by the agreement of the bidder to hold the Town of Walkerton harmless against any and all claims arising from or during the removal of the water tower and tank The Town of Walkerton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities.
