wedding vows Saturday at 7:00 p.m. in the Christian Church in North Liberty. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Law. rence E. Banks of Walkerton, and the bridegroom i s the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Shupert of
North Liberty. Rev. Galloway officiated at the double ring ceremony. Palms and vases of pink and white roses were before the altar. Mrs. Glen Shupert was the organist. The bride was given in mari^iage by her father, and wore a gown of silk organza accented by Chantilly lace. The fitted bodice had a Sabrina neckline and the floor length skirt flowed into a chapel train. A crown of tiny orange blossoms held the bride’s veil all silk illusion. Sho canned a colonial bouquet of white roses. Mis s Sherry Weakly, of Walkerton. was maid of honor. She wore a baby blue dress of silk chiffon and canned a colonial bouquet of pink and white roses. Ted Mobley, North Liberty, cousin of the bride, was best man. Ushers were Rex Shupert, brother of the groom, and James Banks, brother of the bride. The bride’s mother wore a blue and white sheath dress. The groom's mother wore a green and white dress. Each wore a corsage of white carnations. A reception was held in the church basement following the ceremony. The couple left on a trip to Northeim Michigan, and will make their home in North Liberty. MARRIAGE ANNOUNCED Mr. and Mrs. Wavne Burch announce the marriage of their daughter. Susan Ruth Burch, to Julius A. Erdelyi, son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius P. Erdelyi. The couple are making their home at 503 Indiana St., Walkerton. Indiana, at present. Spend everything as you go and your progress comes to a halt.

Reception For i Diane Gindelburger 1 Saturday Night A public reception honoring Miss Diane Gindelberger, Grand t\ orthy Associate Advisor of the Order of Rainbow tor Girls in Indiana. will be held Saturday evening. July It in the Elementary School in Walkerton, at 7 o’clock. Miss Gindelberger, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Gindelberger. is a past Worthy Adviser of the local assem bly. Past Grand Ijove, and served as Grand Recorder last year. She will be a junior at Indiana University this fall. Last week she spent several days attending the Supreme A sembly in Chicago. Many of the Grand Officers throughout the state plan to attend, as will the Grand Worthy Advisor, Miss Judy Rux, of South Bend. Stanley Petzak, South Bend, will present a pre gram of tun and magic. Mi* Gindelberger will host a slumber party for members of her grand family of Rainb< w, while ether out of town guests will be hosted by Mr and Mrs. Alfred Drews and friends here. Mis Drews is Mother Advisor of the local assembly and she and Mr. Drews are Grand Organizers in this district. Sunday morning all will attend church at the Methodist Church with Miss Gindelberger.
