170 Register For Swimming Classes A total of 170 registered foi the swimming classes at Koontz Lake, sponsored by the Koontz Lake Lions Club. Classen open ed Monday. There are classes foi beginners, advanced beginners, intermediate beginners, swimmers, junior and senior life guard and adults, Erwin “Butch” Watts, instructor of the courses, was also the instructor the first year of this program last season. He is a graduate of Louisiana Stat< University. Ernest Brovoid, oi the Lions Club, is the chairman of this project.
