CAUTION TO THE PUBLIC. The public is hereby cautioned from trading for five several notes of hand, given by the subscriber to a Mr. Jeremiah Sullivan, tor a certain tract of land containing one hundred acres, lying in Clark county, Bethlehem Township. The first two notes become payable on the first of June next one of which was executed by myself to said Sullivan for Fifty Dollars, and the other for One Hundred Dollars from Mr. Thomas Stevens to me, and assigned by me to said Jeremiah Sullivan; the third note was also from Thomas Stevens to me, for the sum of Fifty Dollars, and assigned as above, payable on the first of October next; the fourth note was given in my own name for One Hundred Si,; Dcllar.i, payable: on the first of February I R24; tfe fjhh note was also executed by tic to said SuMivtn for the sum of One.Hundred if Ticekc Dollars p'lyabh?on the first of February 1S25.
