gress "for the relief of the purchasers cf the public lands prior to the 1st of Jufy, 1820," passed on the 2d dzy cf March, 1321, that in pursuance cf the provisions of an act of Congress, enti tied n act supplementary to an act, entitled An act for the relief cfthc purchasers of the public lands prior to the 1st day cf July, U20," passed on .the 20th day of April, 1822, they are allowed td complete their payments under the provisions rf the aforesaid act of the 3d March, 1821, agreeably to the instructions and forms heretofore given.
