ST. LOUIS, Mo., Monday, April 6. The flouring mill at Breeze, Clinton County, Illinois, on the Ohio and Mississippi Railroad was burned Saturday night. It was one of the largest mills in the State and was valued at seventy-five thousand dollars, and was insured for about twenty thousand but in what offices it is not known. The following despatches were received here: OMAHA, April 5.—The Indian Peace Commissioners reached the North Platte and several chiefs accompanied them to Fort Laramie. No treaty will be made until the return of the

Commissioners.
