NOTICE. A GENERAL MEETING of the Btotk-holders of the Bank ol Vincennes, the State Bank of Indiana, is requested, at their Banking-house, on Monday the 5th day of March next, at 10 o'clock, A. M. for the purpose of investigating the following enquiries, viz 1. The amount of Specie, and all other funds in the possession of the Bank. 2, The amount of notes of theBank in circulation. 3 The amount and kind of money deposited in the Bank for safe keeping, or otherwise, and the names of the persons to whose credit it is deposited. 4. The amount of real estate owned by the corporation. 5. The am't of debts due by the Bank.

7. The names of the persons or company indebted to the Bank, and the ainount each person or company is owing 8. To examine the manner in which the accounts and books of the Bank arc kept. 9. Whether at any time the amount of debts due by the Bank were double the amount of monies actually deposited for safe keeping if any excess, the names of the Uirectors under whose administration it was created.
