That al! the public lands of the United Slates within the territory of Michigan, to which the Indian title was extinguished by the treaty held and concluded at Saguina, in the said territory, on the twen
ty-fourth day of September, in the year one thousand eight hundred and nine teen, shall be, and hereby are, attached to, and made put of, the Distiict of Detroit, in the said territory. See.
