Manulactures. The land laws of the state, cf the United States, and of any other state, afil'cting the titles to real estate in Ohio. The constitution of the state, our Jurisprudence, ond our internal police. The customs, manners and general character of the people of Ohio. A topographical description of the several counties, towns, rivers, ponds and lakes of the state ; with a view of its natural advantages, and, if properly its future prospects. A scientific account of the fish in Lake
Erie and its waters, is still a desideratum with the author. There will be added, if the patronage will justify it, a map of the state ; ow which w ill be delineated, in addition to whatever is found on any map cf the state ever yet published, the geology, the principal ranges of hills, the prairies and barrens of Ohio. Alsa plates representing the most remark
able ancient works found in the state. And j perhaps plates will be given of the fossil re
mains of such extinct animals found in Onio, as have never been discovered before in any parts of the globe. Annexed to the work, will be given a list of the subscribers names; and the names of such as have, or may hereafter, before the 15th of May nest, furnish the author w ith correct and valuable information, for these notes.
