Of course everybody expects to attend the Franklin County Fair next week, and the occasion will therefore be another grand reunion of old folks and young folks throughout the Valley. We looked in upon Conference last week, in common with most of our people, and must give the preachers credit for being a most happy set of men and als "up to business." The Board cf County Commissioners Adjourned on Thursday evening of last tveek, after having been in session four days. Deserted. Our town presented really a deserted appearance on Tuesday the large body of preachers having suddenly departed in the early trains after the adjournment of Conference.
