Crowned, A lit tie son of James Crylaod, living near Metamora, came to his deaih by accidental drowning, last Saturday, about three-fourths of a mile below that place. The deceased was about eight years old. He went fishing with nook and line. As lhe body was found in the ater near a wall, it is supposed that the little fellow sat on the wall, fell asleep, and fell off oto the canal, where the body was found about 6 o'clock P. at. Coroner A. W. Andre was notiSed of the ocenrrence, and held an inquest, the jury returnig a verdict in accordance with ihe above. Court adjourned on Friday last.

Prime to choice white sold at (1,50 to $1,64 by sample. Corn Prime mixed shelled was freely offered at 05c, and So. i at 93c, with small sales at these prU.es. Mixed ear sold at 9Jo. White is held at 2o to 3e higher than mixed. Oats Good to prime white soil at 57o to 59c, and choice at 60o. Mixed are dull at Stc, to 57c. ByeInferior 90o to 97o, and stiictly prime $1,01 to 1,02.
