In the attempt of the driver to get the Irishman out, he abused and pounded him moat acandalously; for which ho was brought up before Squire Hamilton, and fined $10 and cost. Served him right; with the exception that a few weeks on bread and water diet, giving him time to reflect, fec. would undoubtedly have a salutary influence upon him.
