FAKUVHAR. 1UUU THE BOWELS ClKEll-KlPl'fKE AMI Protri tios of the bowels This disease is very common, particularly among the laboring classes orboth sexes, and is frequently attended with much distress and often death. Dr. Katks, of 133 Sycamore street, between 4th and 5th, Cincinnati, Ohio, has for a longtime given his attention to this disease, and has cured thousands of all ages. He applies his own instrument, which is worn with case and comfort, and, at tlie same time will keep the bowels, or protruding part w ithin the orifice. How important is it, therefore, for those who are ruptured to be cured. UERXIA CURED. I have used several Trusses, with but little relief, until last fall I noticed in the "Dollar, Xonpareil-' Pr. Kates' Trusses and his manner of treatment, and obtained one of his instruments, which has completely cured me. I have not used the Truss for six w eeks. JAMES SIMPSON, Campbell county, Ky. Pn. Kates Sir: Yon may recollect of me purchasing a "Potible Truss" from you about Christinas which you applied, and assured me I would be cured before six months. Since, I have not been in Cincinnati, I therefore send you these lines by Mr. Blisswell, informing you that the Truss has "done well, and that I believe myseir cured. as there is no protrusion or pain any more; in fact I can dispense

More Proof of Or. Kntr' Trusses, for Kuptitrr of the llawrlx. Carrolton, Ky., May 21, 1831. Mr. Emtor Seeing in your paper the advertisement of Pr. Kates, I avail myself of the opportunity I longwished, to publicly testify to the great number or persons to whom life had been rendered comfortable, that have come under my know ledge, several of whom were follow sufferers with me in the Mexican w ar. For w ant of proper Trusses they were underconstaiit fear of giving themselves pain by the least laborious work, but they can now do a good day's work w ithout injury to themselves. Respectfully yours, JAMES MCKEAX. Newport Daily Xews. ICT Nr. Kates' offlee is 133 S camore street. Cincinnati, Ohio, w hcie all those afllicted w itli a Rupture ol the Bowels are requested to tall. There are thousands who ran bear testimony to the above.who have been effectually cured under the treatment of Pr. Kates. fj EJ tj q DISEASE ! IlEAir:!! DISEASE!!! BE YE HEALED. Ye w ho have, in an unguarded moment. been led astray and contracted disease: the horrors of which rwhcn neglected arc seen In our pnbrtc Hospitals and invalid Institutions, bearing ample witness of the depravity of man; the health and vigor that once bloomed upon the cheek being destroyed, the bodily frame disfigured and disgraced. Why suffer this loathsome disease to inflame and enlarge the glands: ulcerate and disfigure your faco and bodj; create pains in the bone and stiffness in the joints; w asting aw ay of the muscles, and finally rendering you unable to pursue any business occupation hatevcr. Why linger out a miserable existence and a disgraceful death. Ye, who are afllicted by any form of these diseases, either acute or chronic, should apply w here you can be cured, nnd not suffer yourselves to be treated by those who are entirely Ignorant of medicine and disease, until you are beyond the possibility ot cure. It is, therefore, of the greatest importance to the afflicted to know that there is a certainty of their being properly treated and having the disease removed from the system, at Pr.
