This Report comprises 9G pages, and exhibits in detail, the financial condition of the State. Indiana has progressed and is progressing so rapidly ia wealth aud population her canals and railroads, traversing her limits in all directions, sre so rapidly developing and making available her exceeding productiveness, that a digest of this report seems to be required at our hands:
