FOREIGN NEWS.
ARRIVAL. OF THE CASADA. New York, Dec. 14. Thttoamship Canada has arrived after a tedioua passage of nearly nineteen days, having sailed from Liverpool on the 25th ult. There were no material changes in the sfate of Commercial affaire- Cotton had been in very good demand and prices again advanced. The Corn market was less firm and prices were on the decline. . The accounts from the manufacturing districts were more encouraging. The produce markets were steady, and a fair of business was coin toward. The
