The New York Herald, of Wednesday, has the following. The statements contained in it we believe may be depended on: "We are credibly informed that Gov. There are also, Sn the Albany Evening Journal, a paper conducted by Thurlow Weed, some strong symptons, and recent devrlopemeuts favorable to the nomination of Gen. Taylor. Several office holders, recently appointed by Gov. Young, in this city, have likewise come out warmly for Gen. Taylor. According to ail appearances, there seems to be a movement at head quarters of the State government at Albany which may probably end in bringing the nig party in this city out in favor of Gen.
