From the incipient stages of initiation, and th roughout the entire character of the institution, such a course is infcrabU? a denial of the right by the National Division, would be an iron, rule, unworthy of the Sons of Temperance. Any member of a Division, therefore, wishing to leavV the Order finally, may tender his vritfen resignation; and if iheie be no dues or charge, against him . the Division shall receive it without giving any card, and thereby enable him iq terminate hi. connection with the Order; provided altcayt, that such resigns!. on shall not take effect until the close of the quarter for which he baa the quarterly password. RECOMMENDATION'S AXD RULES. In furnishing Division rooms, appropriate seat, should be placed on either side of the W. P. for member, of the Grand Divi.ion. The G. W.
