naled in favor of loco focoism. In the third Congrcsst'onnl District, compoeu of Baltimore and Harford counties, and pari of Carroll, there seems lobe no doubt, sirs tl eP-iiriot, of the re-election of J- T. II. Worthington, loco-foco. In the fourth district, composed of Baltimore aad Annapolis cities, Anne Arundel ountj, Messrs. Carroll and Hilton (I F.) re elected. It the fifth district. William Cost Johnson is re elected. These are all the Congrcssion nl Districts yet heard from. It the city of Baltimore, the average Van Burcn majority is about 400 votes. The gain
