The Circuit Court meets on Monday next.-

There is a heavy docket of business probably

more than has been before a Session for fifteen

years. It will be scarcely possible to get through short ef two weeke. There ere not many eases

of debt, but most of them appeals for damages oa th canal, trespasses, 4c 4e, which will require

Variooa are the akipo and eeaseis which ere about te leave fot"Sa Jtoer" from th differeat parts of this 8tate, ia a 'few. weeks, laden with

very hard, and at least they mean to await

their late by the Liverpool, before they give

at all.

The floor dealers also, for tome cause br

other, it is difficult to dehne . what, or even to

guess, so abundant are the crops, continue to

hold on for higher prices, and flour is actually

on the rise. It is probable, however, there

are hopes of a market abroad. The supplies

here, are also short..: Again, the change of

quotations from old flour to new flour makes nn

apparent rise of price. - "
